Big Key Phosphorus Refinery

Big Key Phosphorus Refinery
Presenting the Big Key Phosphorus Refinery
Designed to eschew maximum power savings in favor of reduced build complexity while still maintaining a relatively low power usage, the Big Key Phosphorus Refinery is intended to process phosphorite into refined phosphorus at rates reasonable to obtain in survival.
The suggested target rate of 250g/s can be provided by ranching 15 dreckos and should be sufficient to 5x boost 10 metal volcanoes.
A few suggested target rates and their estimated power usage:
- 250g/s, 15 dreckos, 10 volcanoes, 60W
- 125g/s, 8 dreckos, 5 volcanoes, 35W
- 50g/s, 3 dreckos, 2 volcanoes, 20W
The bottom module of the machine is designed to be detachable and can be removed as soon as the phosphorite starts melting which should take less than 5 cycles. During the warmup phase some refined phosphorus will solidify and land on top of the mesh tiles. This amount should not exceed 40kg and will re-melt and then solidify at the output location after a short time. The materials used build the machine don't matter too much and whatever you have on hand can be used although better metals and insulation will of course provide better efficiency. The aquatuner of course needs to be steel or better.
Shoutouts:
Inspired by and with elements stolen from a bigger, more complex and probably more power efficient design by toucan.
Thanks to hydrotoast for quite a lot of help with refinements to the design
